This is the perfect role for someone who understands construction but prefers orchestrating from the command center. You'll work alongside our Project Managers, making sure no detail slips through the cracks and no meeting happens without a plan.

What You'll Do:

• Support Project Managers with scheduling, logistics, and documentation
• Track project milestones and maintain build-out timelines
• Organize and set up meetings, site visits, and team coordination
• Assist with materials ordering and vendor communication
• Keep project files, task lists, and internal systems up to date
• Ensure clear, consistent communication across teams

What You Bring:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in construction coordination or administration
• Familiarity with residential construction processes and terminology
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Confidence using tools like JobTread, Procore, or Buildertrend
• Clear communication style and a calm, solutions-first mindset

Compensation & What's Coming:

• Full-time position
• Competitive salary between $55,000 - $80,000 depending on experience
• Exposure to high-end custom homebuilding
• Opportunity to grow into a Project Manager role
