What You'll Do
- Oversee full-cycle project management from planning to final walkthrough
- Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
- Document and manage tasks, costs, and reporting using JobTread or similar
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure performance, safety, and quality
- Resolve issues proactively and keep momentum going
- Maintain consistent, professional communication across the board
- 4 to 7 years of experience managing residential projects (high-end preferred)
- Strong leadership, budgeting, and timeline management skills
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to anticipate roadblocks
- Excellent organizational and communication habits
- Familiarity with JobTread, Procore, or Buildertrend
- Full-time position
- Competitive salary at $80,000 to $110,000 per year, based on experience
