We are seeking a dedicated Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects and uphold our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage 2-3 custom home builds annually, each with a high degree of detail and client interaction.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and in compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and keep updated budgets working alongside the project estimator.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, designers and internal team members.
- Procure materials and equipment necessary for project execution.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.
- Provide daily project progress updates through Buildertrend for both clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Project Manager in residential construction.
- Strong knowledge of Maine building codes, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage complex, long-duration custom home projects with many moving parts and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with learning new technologies.
- Comfortable working in a hands-on environment - part office, part job site - where attention to detail and proactive communication are key.
