As our Supervising Attorney in our Personal Injury Pre-Litigation department, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of attorneys and case managers in the fight to earn the largest wrongful death, TBI, catastrophic injury, and major orthopedic settlements achievable.

The Opportunity
As our Supervising Attorney in our Personal Injury Pre-Litigation department, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of attorneys and case managers in the fight to earn the largest wrongful death, TBI, catastrophic injury, and major orthopedic settlements achievable.
Accountable for
- Manage a significant caseload and a team of Case Managers.
- Provide informative and compassionate client service.
- Collaborate with multiple departments, including Property Damage, Case Management, Demands/Negotiation, and Liens.
- Communicate daily with clients regarding legal strategy and treatment plans.
- Analyze fact patterns to help clear coverage and establish liability.
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
- At least 2 years of experience in Personal Injury law.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to supervise and provide guidance and counsel.
- Experience settling cases in the pre-litigation stage.
- Spanish fluency is a plus.
- $160,000 - $240,000 depending on experience plus performance-based incentives
