Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Coordinator to oversee and manage maintenance operations within our facilities.
Location/Department: All regions (Byram, Clinton, Jackson, Jackson Main Campus/Preschool, and Pearl)
Responsibilities
- Maintain proper working/ physical condition of all program sites.
- Ensure completion of required repairs to building and/or company vehicles.
- Coordinate and/or complete any moving of equipment , furniture etc.
- Complete/ maintain monthly maintenance schedules of all equipment, vehicles, fire, and safety equipment.
- Maintain professional standards by following WDC's Policies and Procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by Executive Director.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the maintenance field
- Valid MS Driver's License
- Clean Background Check
- Clean MVR report and driving record
