Willowood Developmental Center is currently accepting resumes and interviewing for the following positions:
Position: Program Manager
Location: Clinton
Qualifications or Skills Required:
- HS Diploma
- Bachelors Degree in a mental health related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience with Developmentally Disabled Adults
- 2 years management experience
- Valid Mississippi Driver's License
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Clean Motor Vehicle Report and driving record
Responsibilities:
- Supervise Direct Support Staff to provide individually tailored supports which assist with the improvement in skills related to living in the community.
- Facilitate and/or provide services as appropriate to each individual's support needs.
- Ensure proper documentation and organization of paperwork required.
- Assure that staff maintains the cleanliness and organization of the Day Services building.
- Other duties as assigned.
