- Previous staffing, scheduling, administrative, or healthcare experience preferred
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with scheduling software and Microsoft Office preferred
