Position Details
- Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
- Employment Type: PRN / As Needed

- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to supervising nurses and physicians
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident assessments
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and therapy staff to support quality resident care
- Ensure compliance with all facility policies and state and federal regulations
- Promote a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Current and active RN license in the state of Missouri
- CPR/BLS certification preferred
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced healthcare environment
