MARKET DIRECTOR – AUTOMOTIVE

$220,000–$350,000 Performance-Based Compensation
As Williams Auto Group continues to grow, we are creating two new Market Director positions to help develop leaders, support dealership operations, and prepare the organization for future expansion.
This executive leadership position provides strategic oversight, coaching, and support to a portfolio of dealerships while partnering with General Managers to drive profitability, develop future leaders, and execute long-term growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and leadership teams
- Drive profitability, operational performance, and market growth
- Review financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Build leadership bench strength and succession plans
- Foster accountability, culture, and continuous improvement
- Ensure exceptional customer and employee experiences
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and future growth
Qualifications
- 4 years of General Manager experience required
- Multi-store automotive leadership experience preferred
- Proven record of improving dealership performance and developing leaders
- Strong financial, operational, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout the market
