Williams Auto Group is looking for an experienced and motivated Certified Automotive Technician to join our growing TEAM. Our Dealership is seeking a skilled professional who is passionate about Automotive repair, diagnostics, and keeping vehicles safe and reliable for our customers.
As a Certified Technician, you will play an important role within our Service Department by performing advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance while delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer satisfaction. Technicians are in high demand, and Williams Auto Group continues to be one of the leading Automotive Dealership groups in the market.
- Perform advanced Automotive diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance services
- Complete repair orders efficiently and accurately according to manufacturer and Dealership standards
- Diagnose vehicle concerns using computerized diagnostic equipment and testing procedures
- Communicate with Service Advisors regarding repair recommendations and timelines
- Perform vehicle inspections using tablets or mobile technology
- Capture photos and videos of inspection findings for customer transparency
- Conduct road tests and quality control checks on repaired vehicles
- Maintain accurate repair documentation and warranty information
- Follow all Automotive safety standards, OSHA regulations, and Dealership policies
- Participate in manufacturer training and continuing Automotive education
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Support the Service Department and TEAM with additional duties as assigned
- ASE Certifications and/or Manufacturer Certifications preferred
- Previous Automotive Technician experience required
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and mechanical repair skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced Dealership environment
- Comfortable using Automotive diagnostic software, tablets, and repair systems
- State Emissions & Vehicle Inspection Certifications preferred
- Valid Driver’s License required
