William Ryan Homes is seeking a highly self-motivated Division Office Manager to join our Team.
Working directly with the Division Manager, this integral administrator is responsible for overseeing and successfully expediting Customer files from sale to close. This position is central to our busy organization as it is involved in every aspect of our business - - executing work on behalf of a variety of departments, acting as a company liaison, and working carefully throughout the home closing phase. The right candidate has a minimum of 2 years professional office environment experience, is technologically savvy, and has a meticulous attention to detail. This position is geared for those that thrive in an ever changing, high task priority environment.
Experience in the real estate industry, specifically closings, is required. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, precisely organized, and possesses sophisticated communication skills.

- Manage office facilities/supplies

Requirements Include:
- A minimum of 2 years professional office experience
- Excellent technology skills including Excel and Outlook
- Real estate closing experience
- Associates Degree or Advanced Education a plus
- Can work independently and with a team
