Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Aurora, IL for a Division Manager. The Division Manager in addition to be a player/coach will oversee the daily operations of the assigned division, ensuring the achievement of sales goals, customer service excellence, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include building and managing a team, developing strategic plans, analyzing financial data, supervising branch activities, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
