Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in San Tan Valley, AZ. The Construction Superintendent will oversee and manage daily on-site operations for residential construction projects. Responsibilities include coordinating and scheduling contractors, ensuring adherence to construction timelines, maintaining site safety and compliance, managing budgets, and ensuring the highest quality standards. The role requires effective problem-solving, communication, and leadership to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of homeowners.
Qualifications
- Experience in Construction Site Management and ensuring compliance with Construction Safety standards
- Strong Organization Skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Proficiency in Budgeting and Project Management, with an understanding of cost control and resource allocation
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage contractors and liaise with stakeholders
- Familiarity with local construction codes, regulations, and best practices
- Ability to solve problems and adapt to changing project conditions
- Prior experience in residential home construction is preferred
