Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Superintendent at Gridline Construction. The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day operations at construction sites, including coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, monitoring project progress, and managing budget and resources. The Superintendent will also collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
The ideal candidate will be someone who truly enjoys construction and is willing and able to do light self perform work when the scope is better handled in house then subcontracted out.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Experience in construction supervision and site management
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
