Assistant Branch Manager
Willamette Valley Bank is seeking a detail oriented individual with strong customer-focus for an Assistant Branch Manager role. The ABM will support the Branch Manager in growing the bank and leading a team of retail branch employees. This role is responsible for staff development, operational oversight, and ensuring high-quality client experience while meeting sales and service goals.
Some of the Key Responsibilities Include
- Ensure a high-quality client experience with every interaction, supporting the bank’s service standards and customer satisfaction goals
- Assist the Branch Manager in coaching, developing, and motivating branch staff to achieve performance goals
- Oversee internal and external audits and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, and manage the implementation an revision of branch operations
- Ensure branch staff adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, including completing mandatory compliance training
- Promote staff development in sales, service, compliance, and leadership

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience preferred
- In-depth knowledge of bank products, services, policies and procedures
- Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent customer service and sales management capabilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and self-direction skills
