- Prepare performance reports and identify process improvements using tools consistently.
- Attend training and ensure compliance with internal/external policies; seek and accept feedback.
- Perform additional duties as assigned in support of organizational goals and values.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field or equivalent work experience in business or sales management
- 2 years of progressively responsible management experience within a financial organization
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
- Ability to work branch hours including Saturdays
- Full-time hours required; additional hours as needed to meet goals/projects
- Ability to sit/stand near a computer for extended periods
- Vision abilities: close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment
