- Lead and supervise waterproofing projects within the construction segment, ensuring the successful execution of joint sealants, sheet waterproofing, fluid waterproofing, expansion joints, fire caulking, and fluid weather barriers.
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, and stakeholders in the construction industry to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results.
- Provide expert guidance, training, and instruction to the waterproofing team, fostering their professional growth and development in the construction waterproofing field.
- Monitor project progress, track materials, and maintain accurate documentation for seamless project execution in the construction segment.
- Conduct thorough inspections to ensure the quality and effectiveness of waterproofing applications in construction projects.
- Work closely with project managers in the construction industry to address challenges, implement solutions, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Maintain a strong commitment to safety protocols in construction settings, promoting a culture of safety awareness among the team.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in construction waterproofing and contribute to the continuous enhancement of our practices in the construction segment.
- Extensive experience in all aspects of waterproofing within the construction segment, including joint sealants, sheet waterproofing, fluid waterproofing, expansion joints, fire caulking, and fluid weather barriers.
- Proven leadership abilities in construction waterproofing, with a track record of successfully leading and managing teams in the construction industry.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with diverse stakeholders in the construction segment and maintain clear project communication.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work and meeting project specifications in construction waterproofing.
- Strong ability to interpret technical documentation and construction plans specific to the construction segment.

- The essential duties of this position require moderate to heavy lifting and carrying.
- Must be able to position oneself to work in confined spaces such as trenches, pits, manholes, attics, and tunnels and demonstrate manual dexterity and be able to use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
