Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Commercial Roofing Safety Director based in Fort Worth, TX. The Safety Director will ensure compliance with safety regulations, develop and implement safety programs, and promote a culture of safety across projects. Daily tasks will include conducting site inspections, evaluating safety performance, providing training on safety practices, and ensuring mitigation of risks, specifically in the areas of commercial roofing and related tasks. Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge and experience in Roofing, Waterproofing, and Working at Height
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in commercial construction
• Effective communication and leadership skills to promote a culture of safety
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and implement preventative measures
• Experience in providing safety training and guidance to construction teams
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or 30-500 HR OSHA certification is a plus
• 24 Hour Fall Protection Certification / EM-385 Certification a plus
• Scaffolding Experience a plus
• Minimum of 3-5 years in a safety management role within the construction industry
