This is not a typical RV sales role. We are seeking a polished, high-performing professional to represent our premium Class A and Class C motorhomes, delivering a high-end, consultative experience to customers investing in the RV lifestyle at the highest level.
As demand continues to increase, we’re building a team to support higher volumes and elevate our presence in the luxury motorhome market. What You’ll Do:
- Guide customers through the purchase of luxury motorhomes with a consultative, relationship-driven approach
- Deliver an exceptional, elevated experience from first contact to final delivery
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified, high-intent buyers
- Develop expertise in premium motorized inventory, financing, and closing strategies
- Collaborate with finance, service, and leadership to ensure a seamless ownership experience

Salary : $75,000 - $175,000
