What You’ll Do
- Greet customers in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
- Assist customers at the service counter with their parts and service needs
- Recommend parts, accessories, and upgrades that enhance the customer’s riding experience
- Promote current specials, new products, in-store promotions, and upcoming events
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally
- Handle multiple customers at once while staying organized and maintaining a high level of service
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Notify customers when special order or back-ordered items arrive
- Help resolve customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a positive attitude
- Keep showroom shelves and displays stocked and organized
- Attend department meetings and stay current on inventory and merchandising
- Assist with customer follow-up by phone or email to invite previous customers back into the dealership
- Complete paperwork accurately and maintain organized records
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented attitude
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- General computer knowledge and ability to learn dealership systems quickly
- Experience with computerized parts, service, or inventory systems is a plus

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for most of the day

- Majority of work is indoors
- Occasional outdoor work during events and open houses
