Wilkins Harley-Davidson is looking for a motivated, driven, and detail-oriented Entry-Level Technician to join our team in Barre, Vermont.
Our Service Department has been ranked the top Harley-Davidson Service Department in New England for two years in a row, and we are looking for the right person to grow with us. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in the motorcycle industry, work around an experienced team, and learn in a fast-paced dealership environment.
You do not need extensive Harley-Davidson service experience to be considered. What matters most is your attitude, work ethic, willingness to learn, and desire to improve.
Position Overview
This is an entry-level technician role for someone who is ready to get started, work hard, and invest in their own development. You should already have your own tools, be eager to learn from experienced technicians, and be willing to continue building your knowledge through self-training, including online learning outside of work.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in being dependable, organized, clean, and coachable.

The right candidate is willing to study, learn, and improve on their own time in addition to the training and support provided at the dealership. We are pleased to send you to Harley-Davidson Technician schools, but you must be willing to learn on your own in addition.
A willingness to learn on your own is not optional in this role. It is a key part of success.
