Wilkins Harley-Davidson is looking for a Business Development Center (BDC) / Internet Sales Representative to join our team in Barre, Vermont.

Position Overview

This role is all about being the first connection riders have with Wilkins Harley-Davidson. You will communicate with potential customers, respond to internet leads, follow up consistently, and help turn interest into showroom appointments.

We are looking for someone who is confident, organized, personable, and motivated by a fast-moving environment. If you enjoy talking with people, staying busy, and being part of a high-energy team, this could be a great fit.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to internet leads quickly using the process and training provided
  • Follow up with potential customers by phone, text, and email
  • Set qualified appointments for the showroom sales team
  • Track communication, follow-up, and tasks in dealership customer software
  • Provide fast, friendly, and persuasive communication
  • Learn Harley-Davidson motorcycles, features, benefits, and rider needs
  • Represent the dealership with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Participate in Wilkins events, rallies, and team activities

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills
  • Outgoing personality and ability to build connection quickly
  • Comfortable with a high volume of daily calls, texts, and emails
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and strong with follow-through
  • Resilient and able to handle rejection with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn Harley-Davidson products, culture, and the Wilkins process
  • Interest in motorcycles or genuine enthusiasm for the Harley-Davidson lifestyle is a plus

  • Wednesday: 8:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Thursday: 8:45 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Friday: 8:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • Sunday: Closed
  • Monday: Closed
