The Shipping Line Sales Coordinator will report to Liner Manager. Your future duties and responsibilities: Proactively identify and engage new prospective customers through calls and meetings. Prepare accurate quotations and draft contracts to support business negotiations. Conduct market research to track industry trends and uncover growth opportunities. Monitor and manage customer bookings to ensure smooth operations. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular follow-up calls and meetings. Provide customer support for e-commerce setup, onboarding, and verification processes. Collaborate with the relevant team members to prepare the sales strategies that will also contribute to the growth of other business directions Qualifications you have for this role: Bachelor’s degree, preferably within sales, marketing or other relevant areas At least 1-2 years experience and good understanding of Shipping Line and logistics field Proven communication skills and a good command of the English and Russian languages (verbal and written) Able to meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities Computer literate and good command of MS Office, Excel etc. Proactive, takes responsibility and delivers results Team player with good interpersonal skills Highly structured Results oriented Work Location: Tbilisi, Georgia Application Deadline: 31 July 2026 Your submitted resume may contain personal data, including special category data, in accordance with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection.
