What are the responsibilities and job description for the Reservationist position at Wilderness Presidential Resort?
Days will vary. Summer holidays and most weekends are mandatory. Rotated late shift on Fridays run as late as 9pm, general hours are 9:00a – 5:00p.
Position Description & Responsibilities:
Answering a multi-line phone
Making reservations via phone and in person
Being able to distinguish between our various memberships and insuring the accuracy of the reservations
Receiving and resolving guest complaints
Handling and properly routing owners concerns
Taking payments: cash, check or credit cards
Checking in guests
Provide Concierge Information to guests
Filing and organizing resort records
Standard office work
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Education: High School or equivalent.
2. Experience: Prior experience a plus.
3. Skills: Good language and interpersonal skills, MS Office, Computer knowledge, Cash handling, Organizational skills, Multi-Tasking, Phone Etiquette.
