SUMMARY: A Game Technician completes inspections and upkeep of various attractions, games, and equipment inside the Arcade. The Technician is responsible for keeping attractions and games in a working condition and may involve ordering parts, taking apart and reassembling objects, and general maintenance of both electrical and mechanical items.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: (Level 3) Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: (Level 1) Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
REASONING ABILITY: (Level 5) Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

- Daily inspections of attractions before operation
- Turning on all breakers and ensuring all games, TV’s, and computer systems load correctly before opening.
- Restocking of various games systems such as ticket machines, and chip and card pushers
- Refilling fogger machines as needed
- Opening and closing Back Country Arcade located at Stone Hill Lodge (involves turning on/off breakers and ensuring all games are working correctly)
- Responding to and resolving guest issues involving equipment
- Replacing broken or missing parts as needed
- Logging and reporting of all ongoing issues
- Annual rehab of attractions
- Minor mechanical, electronic, or construction projects
- All other duties assigned by manager

- Ropes Course Operator Certificate
- Ropes Course Inspector Certificate
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Must have skills and experience working with electronic and/or mechanical parts
- Ability to diagnose problems, their source, and resolutions
- Ability to act independently with little supervision
- Efficiently handle multiple duties.
- Requires the ability to operate various office equipment to include a computer, word processing, spreadsheets, voice mail, copier, fax and calculator.
