What You’ll Do:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair arcade machines, gaming consoles, and VR equipment.
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on all gaming equipment.
- Assist with the installation and setup of new games and attractions.
- Provide technical support to ensure a seamless gaming experience for our customers.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement new ideas for enhancing our gaming environment.
- Ensure all safety protocols and guidelines are followed.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provides Tier 1 support for all equipment on site.
- Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs hardware and software.
- Transports and assembles machines and other equipment as needed.
- Uses manuals, diagrams and reports to keep machines in working order.
- Uses meters, electrical parts, hand tools, and soldering irons to complete tasks.
- Identifies and documents the most common problems among equipment.
- Performs inspections as well as regular and preventative maintenance.
- Records and reports attraction performance daily and weekly.
- Cleans and organizes games as directed.
- Ensures the safety and security of company property, tools, keys and assets.
- Manages inventory, parts, and supplies.
- Ensures safety, service and cleanliness.
- Perform team member responsibilities at locations when requested.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver license
- Previous experience in the amusement industry as a game repair technician highly desired
- Excellent communication
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Advanced computer knowledge
- IT Support experience preferred
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds
- Flexibility to work varied shifts to include weekends and holidays
