SUMMARY: General Associates are part of the Winter WILDERland team and assist in the daily operations of Winter WILDERland. Their key job duty is to assist and provide the highest level of service to all guests.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: (Level 1) Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
REASONING ABILITY: (Level 2) Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

- Oversee guest safety while in Winter WILDERland
- Must Possess basic cash handling skills
- Manage cash and/or other transactions
- Ensure proper food handling
- Maintain fire pit and safe food
- Assist with S’mores and other area food and beverage items
- Issue skates and properly sanitize
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of Winter WILDERland
- Provide great guest satisfaction
- Requires regular and predictable attendance
- Maintain a professional image
- Willingness to accept the most effective role
- All other duties as assigned by management
