Role Description
This full-time, on-site Associate role is located in Knoxville, TN. The Associate will actively contribute to The Cross's mission by planning and executing outreach events, leading and assisting discipleship programs, fostering relationships with students in Greek life, and supporting leadership development initiatives. Regular duties will include facilitating small group discussions, organizing service projects, working with student leaders, and collaborating with other staff members. The role requires a passion for ministry, a team-oriented mindset, willingness to invite financial supporters, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in leadership development and facilitating small group discussions.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of Christian discipleship and ministry practices.
- Organizational and event planning abilities for coordinating outreach and service projects.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and adapt to a dynamic and student-centered environment.
- Some personal support raising required.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Familiarity with or experience in Greek life is a plus.
