What You’ll Do
As a Crew Member at Wild Nectar, you’ll handle everything from front-of-house customer interactions, making smoothies, acai bowls, sandwiches and grain bowls, along with back-of-house prep:
- Customer Service: Greet guests with high energy, take orders accurately at the register/POS, and share menu recommendations.
- Food Prep & Assembly: Help prep fresh ingredients and assemble menu items quickly and accurately following food safety standards.
- Maintain the Space: Keep the Airstream, service counter, and prep area spotlessly clean, stocked, and organized.
- Teamwork: Work closely with teammates to keep ticket times fast and the line moving smoothly during peak hours.

- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and ready to show up for scheduled shifts.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a compact, high-volume food truck environment during warm Florida days.
- Experience (Preferred, not required): Prior food service, cashier, or hospitality experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person!
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and have reliable transportation to Seaside.
