Team Member: Prema Organic Cafe

Prema means supreme love. It's the name, and it's the standard. We're a 100% organic, gluten-free, scratch-made cafe on 30A, and we're hiring team members who carry that energy into everything they do.

We'll be honest about how we hire: who you are matters far more than what you already know how to do. You can learn to pull a latte, build a bowl, run a register. We can't teach warmth, a good attitude, or the instinct to show up for the people around you. If that's you, the rest will come.

What you'll do:

• Make our food and drinks with care, from cold-pressed juices to lattes with homemade cashew milk to scratch-made dishes
• Welcome guests like they matter, because they do
• Keep your space clean and your energy steady
• Work alongside a team that has your back

Earn $18-$22/hour with base tips.
