About the Role

We are seeking a Practice Manager who:

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Culture

  • Foster a supportive, growth-minded environment
  • Conduct regular coaching, 1:1s, and team development sessions
  • Build schedules, workflows, and training pathways that help people succeed
  • Lead with our Good Neighbor values in every decision and interaction

Client & Community Engagement

  • Ensure every client feels welcomed, understood, and cared for
  • Maintain high communication and service standards
  • Build community partnerships and represent NVC at local events

Operational & Hospital Management

  • Oversee daily hospital workflow, inventory, financials, and staffing
  • Ensure consistent adherence to NVC protocols and medical standards
  • Problem-solve proactively and build long-term systems for success
  • Work alongside doctors and medical leadership to elevate care and operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 years in veterinary leadership or management
  • Strong communication and emotional intelligence
  • Proven success coaching and developing teams
  • Ability to lead through influence, modeling professionalism and accountability
  • Passion for veterinary medicine and community connection

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50, $70,000.00 per year
