Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Culture
- Foster a supportive, growth-minded environment
- Conduct regular coaching, 1:1s, and team development sessions
- Build schedules, workflows, and training pathways that help people succeed
- Lead with our Good Neighbor values in every decision and interaction
Client & Community Engagement
- Ensure every client feels welcomed, understood, and cared for
- Maintain high communication and service standards
- Build community partnerships and represent NVC at local events
Operational & Hospital Management
- Oversee daily hospital workflow, inventory, financials, and staffing
- Ensure consistent adherence to NVC protocols and medical standards
- Problem-solve proactively and build long-term systems for success
- Work alongside doctors and medical leadership to elevate care and operations
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years in veterinary leadership or management
- Strong communication and emotional intelligence
- Proven success coaching and developing teams
- Ability to lead through influence, modeling professionalism and accountability
- Passion for veterinary medicine and community connection
