Position: Full-Time Administrative Assistant
This is a SEASONAL Position that will end April 15th, 2026.
Location: DeSoto, MO
Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week (with potential to adjust based on workload)
Shifts include 8am-5pm, and 9am-6pm, with a rotating Saturday shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing general administrative support to the team
- Managing phone calls, emails, and scheduling appointments
- Organizing and maintaining electronic and paper files
- Assisting with data entry, document preparation, and client correspondence
- Supporting billing and invoicing processes
- Welcoming clients and ensuring a professional front-office experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in administrative support or office coordination preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Friendly demeanor with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and support other areas as needed
