Wilber is an insurance recovery law firm in the US partnering with some of the most recognized insurance providers nationwide. As a Full-Time Collection Specialist, you will be a part of a team that takes/places calls to reconcile insurance claims. We have an exceptional training program with multiple trainers to assist you as needed. Our full-time in-office collectors start at $19.00 an hour ($21.00/hour if Bilingual in Spanish) plus uncapped commission. New team members typically earn on average $1,100 in commission each month during their first year, actual commissions may vary per person.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers/debtors informing of claim filed against them
- Provide clarity on filed claims and answer any inquiries from customers
- Accurately process payments via card and ACH (electronic check payment)
- Accurately notate files of conversations had and payments received
- Negotiate repayment and financial plans to recover assets for clients
- Learn and apply provided materials on company software, applicable laws and statutes, and industry standards to ensure compliance and optimize recovery.
- Ability to ensure physical presence at assigned location
- High school diploma or GED
