Our Business Development team is looking to fill an in-person Business Development Specialist position in our Bloomington, IL office. This position maintains all business needs for our valued clients and their customers and includes documenting all insurance claim-related information. This position requires a person with attention to detail, great communication, and a professional, friendly behavior. This Full-Time position starts with a base pay of $20.00 hourly, a monthly success share bonus, and commission for new business earned.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Onboard new clients
- Respond to client inquiries regarding claims, files, etc.
- Build/maintain relationships with current clients and prospective clients
- Travel to meet clients and represent Wilber at various conferences
- Maintain systems of record with up-to-date details and efforts regarding each client
- Mange past due invoices and reporting needs for current clients
- Handle logistics for client meetups and conferences
- Send Scorecards and Reports to clients as requested
- Ability to ensure physical presence at assigned location
- Strong organization skills
- Precise attention to detail
- Comfortable with computers and MS Office
- Willing to learn new computer skills
- Demonstrates initiative and good judgement
- Work well in a fast-paced environment
- Type 40 WPM or more
- Insurance knowledge is a plus
- High School diploma or GED required
