Position Description

Wil-Pav, Inc. is seeking qualified applicants to estimate, bid new work in and has knowledge of the asphalt pavement, concrete, and excavation trades. Applicants will be required to meet with new clients and respond to job solicitations from general contractors and government bodies with competitive pricing, as well as manage the job for cost and efficiency. Prior experience is required. Experience with construction take off software such as Planswift and Bid2Win preferred. Offering competitive salary and performance based bonuses, mileage, and health insurance.
