Position Description
This position is to be filled by an individual who has at least 10 years asphalt paving experience. The individual must understand the importance of crew leadership, oral and written communication, quality control, client relations, and adherence to company policy. This position will be filled with a leader who is experienced with APWA, MODOT and KDOT specifications and procedures. This individual must be familiar with MUTCD , traffic control implementation and creating safe working areas. This individual will have experience installing and confirming aggregate base sections, proper grade, and all aspects of compaction. This individual will be required to interact with all company personnel daily, we seek an organized, professional lead ready to engage in 100 plus paving projects per year. Having a Commercial drivers license is desired but not required. This individual will be offered a competitive wage, company vehicle, health insurance and retirement.
