Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician

Wiesbrook Sheet Metal HVAC is growing, and we’re looking to add a highly skilled Residential/Commercial HVAC Service Technician to our team.

We’ve proudly served the western suburbs for over 37 years, and we’re continuing to expand with strong demand in both residential and commercial service.

📍 Located on the Naperville / Plainfield border

• Run daily service calls (residential & commercial)
• Perform annual maintenance / clean & checks
• Assist with new system installations when needed
• Diagnose and repair a wide range of HVAC equipment
• Communicate clearly with customers and office staff

• Minimum 5 years HVAC experience (residential and/or commercial)
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Commercial experience highly preferred
• Ability to work independently or with a team
• Comfortable using app-based invoicing / field software
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs independently
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
  

• 💰 Starting pay around $40/hr (based on experience)
• 📈 Step-Up Program → Path to Journeyman Pay ($59/hr current rate)
