- Compensation (Transparent & Realistic)

• $25 - 40 hour base Commission (uncapped earnings)
• Performance bonuses spiffs

• Top techs earned $95K–$135K last year
• 4–5 quality calls per day (not 8–10 rushed calls)

- Who We’re Looking For

• 2 years residential HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic ability (electrical refrigeration)
• EPA Certified
• Clean driving record
• Professional appearance & communication
• Growth mindset (we coach and expect improvement)
• Team-first mentality

- Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• Rotating on-call (fair rotation)
• Overtime available
• Year-round work (we are not seasonal chaos)
