You must have strong understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. QUALIFICATIONS
- Have a strong background in HVAC systems
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities and eagerness to grow
- Customer driven mindset. Active listening skills, attention to detail and solution finder.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Planning, organizing, problem analysis, and great judgement
- 3 years HVAC, Installing, maintaining and repairing HVAC Systems
- High School Diploma or GED
- HVAC Certification
- Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
- Service Titan experience (not required but a plus)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide respectful, professional customer service on every job. Approach every customer with a smile on your face
- Arrive on time, prepared with proper tools and PPE
- Install, maintain and repair heating and air conditioning systems
- Perform high quality repairs that meet code and manufacturer standards
- Test HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning properly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment; assuring you protect customer’s property
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues accurately and make necessary repairs
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and meet deadlines
- Must be knowledgeable, proficient with technology
Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
