Position Overview
We're seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Mobile Technician to provide efficient, expert-level mobile repairs directly at customer locations. You'll perform quality repairs while delivering exceptional customer service, embodying our commitment to Excellence, Master Workmanship, Continuous Improvement, and Customer Satisfaction.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with flexibility based on diagnostic and repair requirements

Primary Responsibilities
- Diagnose, evaluate, and repair major components of heavy-duty trucks and equipment at customer locations
- Perform comprehensive DOT and preventive maintenance (PM) inspections
- Execute electronic repairs and advanced engine diagnostics in mobile environments
- Apply advanced hydraulic diagnostics and repair skills
- Build lasting professional relationships with customers to ensure fleet reliability and satisfaction
- Maintain quality standards while working independently at various customer sites
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Pay Package:
- Base Pay: $30-$40 per hour (experience-based)

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License (CDL preferred)
- 5 years of Mobile Medium and Heavy-Duty Technician experience
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Physical ability to perform repairs in various mobile environments
