Pacific Standard Environmental is a boutique environmental services firm in Santa Ana. We’re a team of about ten, and we’re hiring a Purchasing & Operations Coordinator to keep our day-to-day running. The role centers on purchasing, with meaningful work across office administration, order processing, and inventory.
This is a hands-on position at the heart of a small company. The right person takes pride in accuracy, works without needing reminders, and likes seeing the direct impact of their work.
What You’ll Do
Purchasing

Source vendor quotes and generate parts estimates

Issue purchase orders and track deliveries through receipt

Maintain accurate pricing and vendor records

Help build and document purchasing SOPs
Office & Administrative Support

Answer phones, route calls, and greet visitors

Support Sales and Operations with day-to-day administrative needs

Manage office and breakroom supplies, mail, and light equipment upkeep
Order Processing & A/R / A/P Support

Create customer packing slips and manage packing slips for A/P

Enter new items into the system

Handle shipping and receiving
Warehouse & Inventory

Maintain warehouse organization and inventory accuracy
