Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously from planning through final closeout.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, milestones, and cost forecasts.
- Monitor labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs to ensure financial performance.
- Review estimates, participate in preconstruction planning, and assist with design development, conceptual estimating, bidding, buyout, and contract execution.
- Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, owners, architects, and field personnel to ensure successful project execution.
- Track project progress and ensure compliance with contract schedules and project milestones.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, monthly cost reporting, and project documentation.
- Schedule and document required inspections and ensure all regulatory and quality requirements are met.
- Oversee punch list completion, subcontractor reconciliation, final billing, and project closeout.
- Identify and resolve project issues proactively while minimizing schedule and budget impacts.
- Promote best practices in project management and provide leadership through collaboration and accountability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred, but not required.
- Commercial construction project management experience required.
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.
- Experience managing subcontractors, client relationships, and multiple concurrent projects.
- Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and delivering high-quality projects.
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
