What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the calm in the storm, the friendly smile that sets the tone for our patient visits, and the go-to expert for keeping things running smoothly. Your day-to-day will include:
- Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism—think concierge-level service with a caring healthcare touch
- Accurately collect patient information and payment details with a sharp eye for detail
- Schedule appointments and enter lab orders efficiently and accurately
- Manage incoming calls, prepare paperwork, and help keep daily operations on track
- Keeping the lobby and your workspace clean, organized, and inviting—because a tidy environment helps everyone feel at ease
- Answer patient questions with empathy, clarity, and a solution-focused mindset
- Ensure patient confidentiality while delivering top-tier service and support
- 1–2 years of experience in patient registration or front desk in a medical setting (preferred)
- Strong communication skills—you’re good with words, both spoken and written
- Comfortable using computers and basic office equipment
- Ability to stay organized and focused while juggling multiple tasks
- A strong commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency
- You’ll be sitting, standing, and moving around throughout the day
- Visual focus is important—you’ll be looking at screens and documents often
