OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES: Inspect all plate and ensure that all orders that go out of the kitchen are accurate and complete. Prepare and stock work area for efficiency. Prep salads for forecasted business.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Follow all Marriott policies and procedures.
- Comply with the “clean as you go” policy.
- Report to work on time and in uniform.
- Be aware of work schedules.
- Follow safety procedures and policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Honor all work-related requests made be a manager or supervisor, which may be outside normal duties, to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work with little supervision.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
PRIMARY DAILY JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Salad bar prep for each outlet.
- Stock work area with necessary equipment and items.
- Brew Iced Tea
- Be knowledgeable of menu items and required accompaniments.
- Be aware of daily specials, soups, drinks and “86” items
- Do all necessary opening and closing sidework as assigned.
- Inspect all plates before delivering to guest to ensure items are accurate and complete.
- Prepare all salads
- Deliver all food on a tray, and leave on tray jack with tickets to eliminate confusion.
- Keep work area clean and organize, cleaning any spills as they occur.
- Other duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (INCLUDE LIFTING AND PUSHING):
Be able to lift up to 25 pounds; be able to stay on feet for up to four hours.
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High school degree.
