What You’ll Do
- Perform repair and upgrade of products to meet all specifications and quality standards
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure full functionality
- Maintain 100% adherence to ESD and quality procedures
- Meet or exceed established build time standards
- Document work accurately in ERP and support QA processes
- Identify and escalate non-conforming materials and process gaps
- Collaborate with engineering to improve work instructions and assembly documentation
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other technicians
- Contribute ideas that drive continuous improvement across products and processes
- Associate degree in electronics/technology OR 4 years of hands-on electronic assembly and troubleshooting experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions
- Experience using calibrated hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, ratchets)
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to zero-defect quality
- Ability to identify documentation gaps and recommend improvements
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing environments
- Tech enthusiasm—whether through work, education, or personal projects
- Agile mindset with the ability to move quickly and adapt in an iterative environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
- Fine motor skills (pinching, twisting, precision work)
- Extended periods of sitting and standing
- Hands-on work using tools and visual inspection
- Onsite role, Monday through Friday, in a collaborative manufacturing environment
