Operations Delivery Manager, Laughlin

The Delivery Operations Manager will manage operational excellence across multiple airport and resort retail locations, overseeing execution, loss prevention, and financial discipline. This role provides hands-on support to Multi-Unit Managers, using data-driven insights, targeted interventions, and consistent operational standards to strengthen leadership effectiveness and safeguard commercial performance.

Salary: $48,000 - $55,000 annually

Location: Edgewater Casino Resort, Tropicana Casino Resort, & Tropicana Casino Resort (Laughlin, NV 89029)

Key Responsibilities

• Elevate operational consistency, compliance, and financial controls across assigned locations
• Analyze performance data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement
• Lead focused action plans to reduce shrink, improve inventory accuracy, and strengthen execution
• Conduct regular field visits to coach store teams and reinforce standard operating procedures
• Support Multi-Unit Managers with operational expertise, allowing them to focus on people and sales performance
• Partner cross-functionally to improve processes, merchandising execution, and inventory flow
• Ensure adherence to company policies and airport/resort regulatory requirements
• Provide clear reporting and actionable insights into senior leadership

• 5 years of multi-unit or operational leadership experience in retail, airport, or resort environments
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs, loss prevention, inventory management, and expense control
• Analytical and financially savvy, with the ability to translate data into action
• Proven ability to influence, coach, and drive accountability in the field
• Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced, regulated environments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
