Key Responsibilities
- Support transformation initiatives by coordinating timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
- Maintain project trackers, status reports, meeting notes, and documentation.
- Assist senior leaders and workstream owners with planning activities and dependency tracking.
- Monitor progress against milestones and escalate risks or issues to the program lead.
- Prepare clear, concise updates for leadership meetings and transformation forums.
- Coordinate meetings, action items, and follow‑ups to support execution momentum.
- Help ensure alignment between workstream activities and overall transformation goals.
- Learn and apply basic program governance, reporting cadence, and KPI tracking.
