- Elevate operational consistency, compliance, and financial controls across assigned locations

- Conduct regular field visits to coach store teams and reinforce standard operating procedures
- Support Multi-Unit Managers with operational expertise, allowing them to focus on people and sales performance
- Partner cross-functionally to improve processes, merchandising execution, and inventory flow
