Wholesome Goods Inc., a rapidly growing e-commerce company, is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. This hybrid role is based in Clearwater, FL and focuses on crafting compelling, results-driven DTC ads. Working closely with a talented content writer, you will produce engaging video ads, motion graphics, and static creative ads for platforms such as Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and Applovin, along with organic social media content for various brands.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about unlocking our product demos, thrives in a collaborative environment, and can manage multiple projects while meeting performance goals for the team.
This role is an on-site position with one hybrid-remote day every week on Wednesdays.
Responsibilities:
- Produce high-performing video ads and supporting motion graphics from concept to final deliverable.
- Design static social media ads and assets optimized for digital ad platforms (Meta, Instagram, YouTube, Applovin, etc.).
- Brainstorm, storyboard, and pitch creative concepts to promote various products and brands.
- Stay ahead of social media trends and gather inspiration from platforms and tools such as foreplay.co.
- Work in direct collaboration with your pod mate to bring campaigns to life.
- Attend and contribute to pre-production meetings with internal teams, contractors, and talent.
- Address feedback constructively and efficiently.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously using Asana, Discord, Milanote, and Google Workspace tools.
- Maintain organized file structures and follow existing workflow processes in Google Drive.
- Design and animate ads with performance strategy in mind and meet quarterly performance metrics.
- Continuously improve creative output based on performance data available to the teams.
General Expectations:
- Proven experience in video production and editing, with strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Solid graphic design skills and experience creating static ads for social platforms, as well as experience in organic social media.
- Comprehensive understanding of editing processes, from pre-production to final delivery.
- Experience working in a project-based, deadline-driven environment.
