This is a full-time hybrid Sales Professional role based in Lubbock, TX, with opportunities for some remote work. The Sales Professional will be responsible for driving revenue by prospecting potential clients, conducting sales presentations, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales. Additional responsibilities include identifying customer needs, providing tailored merchant service solutions, and maintaining an understanding of evolving market trends and technology offerings. Collaboration with the support staff to address client needs is also a key aspect of the role.
- Proficiency in sales and relationship management, including prospecting, pitching, and closing deals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of credit card processing and POS solutions, or the ability to quickly learn complex products and services
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer skills for reporting and tracking client interactions
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Prior experience in merchant services or similar industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
